Decreto 438 de 1928 · Por el cual se reglamentan las Leyes 25 de 1921 y 51 de 1926, respecto a obras distintas de la desecación en Fúquene, pantanos del valle de Ubaté y beneficio de las aguas de la laguna de Tota, se crea la Junta Nacional de Valorización, se reglamenta el artículo 19 de la Ley 89 de 1927 y se reforma el artículo 4º del Decreto número 1260 de 22 de julio de 1927
