LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.14.1.1.4. Resoluciones del Consejo Superior de Adecuación de Tierras (Consuat). Para el cumplimiento y desarrollo de las funciones que le han sido encomendadas, el Consejo Superior de Adecuación de Tierras (Consuat) se pronunciará a través de actos denominados Resoluciones, las cuales deberán ser firmadas por el Presidente y refrendadas por el Secretario Técnico del Consejo.
