La producción intelectual futura solo podrá ser objeto del contrato regulado por este Título, cuando se trate de obra u obras determinadas, cuyas características deben quedar perfectamente establecidas en el contrato.

Será nula toda estipulación en cuya virtud el autor compromete de modo general o indeterminado su producción futura o se obliga a restringir su producción intelectual o a no producir.
