Art. 3.° Para gozar de esta gracia deberán comprobar lo siguiente:

1° Que en los destinos que hayan desempeñado se han conducido con honradez y consagración;

2° Que carecen de medios de subsistencia;

3° Que no ha recibido pensión ó recompensa ni están en el goce de ella;

4° Que observan buena conducta;

5° Que han cumplido sesenta años; y

6° Que como empleados de manejo están a paz y salvo con el Tesoro Nacional.

Parágrafo

Las pruebas consistirán en documentos auténticos y declaraciones de cinco testigos idóneas recibidas ante un Juez de Circuito, con citación del respectivo agente del Ministerio Público.
