Procedimiento para decomisar. El decomiso será realizado por el funcionario designado para el efecto. De la diligencia se levantará acta por triplicado, la cual suscribirán los funcionarios o personas que intervengan en la misma. Copia del acta se entregará a la persona a cuyo cuidado se encontraren los bienes decomisados.
