- ATRIBUCIONES. Los contralores distritales y municipales, tendrán, además de lo establecido en el artículo 272 de la Constitución Política, las siguientes atribuciones: Elaborar el proyecto de presupuesto de la Contraloría y presentarlo al alcalde, dentro de los términos establecidos en esta Ley, para ser incorporado al proyecto de presupuesto anual de rentas y gastos. El alcalde no podrá modificarlo. Una vez aprobado el presupuesto no podrá ser objeto de traslados por decisión del alcalde (Ley 136 de 1994, art. 165, num. 12).
