Art. 7° Los derechos de importación de mercaderías extranjeras, que deberán pagarse de contado en la expresada Oficina de Recaudación y en sus sucursales, serán de cincuenta pesos ($50) por cada kilogramo de ellas, cualquiera que sea su clase.
