Notificación de demandas . En las demandas que se ventilen ante las jurisdicciones civil, laboral, contencioso Administrativa y demás autoridades de la República, que interesen al Ministerio de Defensa o a la Policía Nacional, la admisión de las mismas deberá ser notificada personalmente al Secretario General del Ministerio de Defensa o al Director General de la Policía Nacional según el caso, quienes podrán constituir apoderado, sin perjuicio de las funciones que correspondan a los agentes del Ministerio Público.
