Empleados oficiales. Para efectos del

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 1° de la Ley 49 de 1987, se entiende por empleados oficiales los empleados públicos, trabajadores oficiales y los funcionarios de la seguridad social del nivel nacional, departamental, distrital, intendencial, comisarial o municipal, incluyendo los de sus entidades descentralizadas.
