Adiciónase el Estatuto Tributario con el siguiente artículo:

“Artículo 562-1. Actualización del registro de contribuyentes. La administración tributaria podrá actualizar los registros de los contribuyentes, responsables, agentes de retención o declarantes, a partir de la información obtenida de terceros. La información que se obtenga de la actualización autorizada en este artículo, una vez comunicada al interesado, tendrá validez legal en lo pertinente, dentro de las actuaciones que se adelanten de conformidad con el Libro V del Estatuto Tributario”.
