La Escuela Normal Nacional de Señoritas de San Juan del Cesar (Guajira), nacionalizada con fundamento en la Ley 91 de 1938 y con su planta de personal determinada mediante Decreto número 2586 de 1968, se denominará a partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley "Escuela Normal Nacional".
