Modifíquese el artículo 2.4.1.1.3 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 2.4.1.1.3 Nuevas cooperativas. La nueva cooperativa podrá tener la naturaleza de Organismo Cooperativo de Segundo Grado y constituirse con un número mínimo de tres (3) entidades de las permitidas por el artículo 92 de la Ley 79 de 1988, incluyendo la cooperativa multiactivas o integral con sección de ahorro y crédito que le dio origen."
