Los juicios para expulsiones del Escalafón, por incompetencia o mala conducta comprobadas, serán promovidos por las Juntas Seccionales, a petición de las autoridades del ramo educativo. Las Juntas levantarán el informativo correspondiente, darán traspaso al interesado de las quejas y las pruebas allegadas, y decidirán, previa la consideración de los descargos aducidos, dentro de un plazo imprrogable de sesenta (60) días.
