Los delitos que se cometan contra los representantes de naciones extranjeras acreditados ante el Gobierno de Colombia, por razón del ejercicio de sus funciones, se castigarán con las penas señaladas para los mismos delitos cuando se cometen contra los funcionarios públicos colombianos.
