Para liquidar las vacaciones y la prima de vacaciones deberá entenderse, como si se hubiere sesionado los doce (12) meses del respectivo año y percibido durante ese año asignaciones mensuales idénticas a las devengadas en el tiempo de sesiones, excepto cuando mediare renuncia o desvinculación, caso en el cual, el factor anterior, se liquidará proporcionalmente.
