Aceptado un manifiesto de aduana, éste no podrá ser objeto de modificaciones, alteraciones o adiciones de ninguna clase ni se devolverán los documentos que lo acompañan. En relación con estos últimos solo se aceptarán modificaciones relativas al registro o licencia de importación y a cartas de corrección con visación consular o adiciones relativas al certificado de origen.
