La Nación - Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público podrá otorgar créditos de Tesorería a favor del Fondo para el Desarrollo del Plan Todos somos Pazcífico, creado en el artículo 185 de la Ley 1753 de 2015 , para garantizar su funcionamiento. Dichos créditos podrán otorgarse sin que su plazo exceda un año y se atenderán con las apropiaciones que el Presupuesto General de la Nación destine al Fondo.
