Además de estos empleados, la Oficina General del Trabajo tendrá seis Vocales, elegidos tres por el Senado y tres por la Cámara de Representantes. Estos Vocales prestarán sus servicios gratuitamente y se reunirán con el Jefe de la Oficina General del Trabajo por lo menos una vez por semana con el objeto de intensificar las labores de ella, preparar con los empleados los respectivos informes, y si fuere posible, proyectos de la ley reformas sociales.
