Art 3°. Este Administrador queda encargado de recibir la sal de Barranquilla y remitirla al Almacenista, pudiendo vender en su administración la que se necesite expender allí. Los productos de estas ventas los enviará el Administrador al Almacenista y ante este rendirá las cuentas respectivas.
