° Los gastos ordinarios de esplotacion, almacenaje, escritorio, conduccion de enteros, así como los que cause la construccion de una casa de habitacion para los empleados en la salina i almacen para la sal que se esplote, se harán por anticipacion por el Administrador, creando los respectivos comprobantes para solicitar de la Secretaría de Hacienda i Fomento la legalizacion de aquellos.
