Art. 20. Cada uno de los Jefes de seccion cumplirá, bajo su responsabilidad, los deberes que le están atribuidos; i los subalternos llenarán cumplidamente los deberes propios de sus respectivos empleos, i los que les impongan el Secretario i el Jefe de la seccion.
