Créase una comisión para establecer la metodología de cálculo, apoyar al DANE y recomendarle semestralmente los precios de referencia que este deberá certificar para la adecuada determinación del tributo de que trata el artículo 76 de la Ley 1111 de 2006. Esta comisión estará integrada por el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, quien la presidirá, el Ministro de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, y el Director del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, DANE, o sus delegados.
