Aplicación de los criterios de priorización . En el trámite de la acción de extinción del derecho de dominio se atenderán, en lo pertinente, los criterios de priorización de situaciones y casos establecidos por el Fiscal General de la Nación. Dicha priorización tendrá en cuenta una evaluación costo-beneficio de la extinción de los bienes, así como del riesgo que dichos bienes generan a la seguridad nacional.
