Artículo tercero. Autorízase a los planteles nocturnos de bachillerato que no estén siguiendo el plan de estudios contenido en el Decreto 486 de 1962, para elaborar un plan de reajuste, con vigencia para el presente año, previa aprobación del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
