Artículo XII. En la Sección I se llevarán además los siguientes libros: Los copiadores de correspondencia necesarios; El de resoluciones; El de pasaportes, y El de instrucciones. A estos libros deberá formárseles, día por día, un índice por folios; y cada nota en el copiador respectivo contendrá, en caracteres bien visibles, el número del folio y el número del que le siga en que aparezcan notas para el mismo destinatario.
