Artículo séptimo. El personal que en la actualidad presta sus servicios en las oficinas centrales de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil, en las Delegaciones Departamentales y en las Registradurías Municipales, no necesitan de nueva posesión, mientras continúen en los mismos cargos.
