º . Los pequeños y medianos productores agropecuarios del departamento del Cauca, que tengan cartera agropecuaria vencida con el sector financiero vigilado por la Superintendencia Bancaria, podrán beneficiarse del Programa Nacional de Reactivación Agropecuaria, PRAN, creado por el Decreto 967 de 2000, siempre que cumplan las condiciones y requisitos establecidos en el mismo. El Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural y Finagro determinarán los términos y procedimientos de inscripción para que estos productores puedan acceder al programa.
