Las asociaciones gremiales agropecuarias podrán disolverse por decisión, cuando menos, de las dos terceras (2/3) partes de sus miembros adoptada en asamblea general convocada especialmente para el efecto. Las directivas de la asociación deberán invitar al Ministerio a la asamblea, siquiera con diez (10) días de anticipación al de la fecha de su celebración.
