Declárase asimismo la necesidad y útilidad públicas la construcción de una carretera por entre el valle de Sotaquirá, que partiendo de la población, termine en la carretera Central que conduce de Tunja á Tundama, á inmediaciones del río Sotaquirá.

Parágrafo

Son aplicables á este artículo las disposiciones del anterior.
