Actividades gente de mar. Para los efectos del presente Decreto, las actividades de la Gente de Mar a bordo de las naves o artefactos navales, se clasifican así: 1. Del transporte comercial marítimo. 2. De la pesca, tanto industrial como artesanal. 3. De las actividades de recreo y deportivas. 4. De las actividades realizadas por naves o artefactos navales de carácter científico o tecnológico, no relacionadas con el transporte marítimo o fines comerciales.
