° Cuando concurran varias organizaciones de tercer grado de un mismo sector, la entidad pagadora les entregará las cuotas a que se refiere el artículo 10 de la Ley 4ª de 1976 a prorrata de los pensionados que cada una agrupe. Para tal efecto, las confederaciones de pensionados acreditarán ante la entidad pagadora el número de pensionados que ellas agrupan.
