Cuando haya lugar a elección entre varias solicitudes de permiso de aprovechamiento forestal, se considerarán como formuladas simultáneamente las peticiones presentadas al Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente - INDERENA, dentro de los treinta (30) días hábiles, contados a partir de la fecha en la cual se haya publicado el aviso de la primera solicitud.
