Las campañas de prevención vial, información, formación y sensibilización en seguridad vial, los estudios técnicos para la calidad de los elementos de protección, previstos en el Plan Nacional de Seguridad Vial y en los planes y estrategias a desarrollar, serán objeto de seguimiento y evaluación de impacto por el Observatorio Nacional de Seguridad Vial para determinar su eficacia y/o necesidad de ajuste por parte de la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial (ANSV).
