De la cesión del derecho a percibir Certificados. Cada inversión sólo dará derecho a una entrega de Certificado. En el evento de que el inversionista original haya transferido o transfiera el dominio del inmueble antes de percibir los Certificados de Desarrollo Turístico, podrá ceder a favor del comprador el derecho a percibirlos, comprometiéndose el beneficiario al cumplimiento de las obligaciones contraídas por el inversionista original.
