La estructura interna establecida en este Decreto regirá a partir del momento en que se adopte la planta de personal a ella correspondiente. En todo caso la Fiscalía General de la Nación contará con un término de noventa días a partir de la fecha de su publicación para adoptar las medidas necesarias a su implementación.
