PARTIDAS COMPUTABLES PARA PRESTACIONES SOCIALES . A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, al personal de empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional, que se retire o sea retirado bajo la vigencia del mismo, se le liquidarán y pagaran las pensiones de jubilación, retiro por vejez y de invalidez y demás prestaciones sociales a que hubiere derecho sobre la suma de las siguientes partidas: sueldo básico, prima de servicio, prima de alimentación, subsidio familiar, subsidio de transporte y doceavas partes de la Prima de Navidad.
