Artículo tercero. Los Municipios tienen la obligación de suministrar local adecuado para el funcionamiento de la Oficina de Estadística, así como los muebles y equipo que hayan estado destinados a este servicio. Queda en esta forma sustituida la obligación que a los Municipios impuso el artículo undécimo de la Ley 82 de 1935.
