°. Definiciones . La visa es la autorización concedida a un extranjero para el ingreso al territorio nacional otorgada por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. La permanencia es el tiempo durante el cual el extranjero podrá estar en el territorio nacional. La vigencia será el tiempo comprendido entre la fecha de otorgamiento y la fecha de finalización indicada en la etiqueta de la visa. Los requisitos para la expedición de las visas se establecerán mediante resolución ministerial.
