Impedimentos y recusaciones. De los impedimentos y recusaciones de los Alcaldes conocerán el Presidente de la República, Gobernador, Intendente o Comisario respectivo. Si fuere necesario, el funcionario correspondiente designará un Alcalde ad hoc. Para este fin se dará aplicación en lo pertinente, a lo previsto en el artículo 30 del Código Contencioso Administrativo.
