Vigencia . El presente decreto tiene vigencia a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deja vigentes las normas especiales contenidas en el Decreto-ley 1792 de 2000 y demás normas concordantes y afines y en las disposiciones legales especiales de las entidades del Sector Defensa y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
