La División de Extranjería del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad deportará de plano al extranjero que haya incurrido en cualquiera de las causales del artículo anterior. Las decisiones sobre deportación se comunicarán al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores para lo de su competencia.
