La Junta Directiva, en los reglamentos del Instituto, organizara sendas secciones técnicas encargadas de las obras sanitarias, las construcciones escolares y las empresas de alumnado y fuerza eléctrica. Deberá asimismo organizar un Departamento de Almacenaje General de Compras y Almacenaje General de Compras y Suministros; las Secciones de Contabilidad y Estadísticas, y las demás que sean necesarias.
