Uso sin Derecho . El miembro de las Fuerzas Militares que sin derecho, use condecoraciones o lo haga en categorías diferentes a aquellas a las que le han sido otorgadas y que en el presente Decreto se autorizan, incurrirá en las sanciones de conformidad con las normas legales vigentes.
