Esta suma será manejada e invertida por la Junta Especial que para la obra haya constituido el Concejo Municipal de Girardot, y será girada al Tesorero Municipal de Girardot para que dicho empleado verifique los pagos ordenados por la Junta respectiva, con el visto bueno del Alcalde del Municipio.
