Situación especial de embarazo . Cuando una empleada en estado de embarazo se encuentre vinculada a un empleo en período de prueba, este período se suspenderá a partir de la fecha en que dé aviso por escrito al Subsecretario de Personal y al Subsecretario de Desarrollo Humano o quien haga sus veces de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, DIAN, del parto, aborto o parto prematuro no viable. El período de prueba continuará al vencimiento de la respectiva licencia.
