Son De Quinta Categoría, Los Oficiales Que Presten Sus Servicios Como Profesores En Los Cursos De Capacitación, Preparación, Información, Especiales Y Por Correspondencia Para Suboficiales Que Se Desarrollen En Las Escuelas De Las Armas, Guarniciones Militares O Unidades Tácticas O Similares En La Armada Y Fuerza Aérea O Escuelas De Los Servicios De Las Tres Fuerzas

Son de Quinta Categoría, los Oficiales que presten sus servicios como Profesores en los cursos de capacitación, preparación, información, especiales y por correspondencia para Suboficiales que se desarrollen en las Escuelas de las Armas, guarniciones militares o unidades tácticas o similares en la Armada y Fuerza Aérea o Escuelas de los Servicios de las tres Fuerzas.

Parágrafo

Para ser Profesor de Quinta Categoría, es requisito haberse desempeñado como Profesor Auxiliar en un curso completo de los que trata el presente artículo, con buenos resultados.
