El Presidente de la República sólo concurrirá a las fiestas y banquetes dados en su honor en las Embajadas y Legaciones, cuando estén presentes el Embajador o el Ministro. Las invitaciones al Presidente de la República y al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores les serán hechas personalmente por el Jefe de la Misión, para lo cual deberá solicitar una audiencia privada. La del Presidente de la República la solicitará por conducto del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
