Cuando actúen como Funcionarios de Instrucción los Oficiales a que se refiere el ordinal c) del artículo 357 de este Código, el funcionario que los haya designado deberá dar inmediato aviso al Procurador General de las Fuerzas Armadas, quien velará para que el proceso pase oportunamente a un Juez Instructor, si es posible.
