Ley 1807 de 2016 · por la cual se modifican parcialmente los Decretos-ley 267 y 271 de 2000 y se crea la dependencia denominada “Centro de Estudios Fiscales (CEF)” de la Contraloría General de la República, se establecen sus funciones y se dictan otras disposiciones.

amends decreto 267/00

A partir de la vigencia de la presente ley se modifica el artículo 11 del Decreto-ley 267 de 2000 que establece la Organización de la Contraloría General de la República para agregar los siguientes numerales 1.7 y 1.8, el cual en lo pertinente quedará así:

“ Artículo 11. Organización . La Contraloría General de la República tendrá la siguiente organización:

NIVEL CENTRAL

Nivel superior de dirección.

Contralor General de la República. (...)

Centro de Estudios Fiscales (CEF).

Comité Asesor del Centro de Estudios Fiscales (CEF) (...)”.
