°. Incompatibilidad entre incentivos. Los incentivos establecidos en el presente decreto serán incompatibles con cualquier otra bonificación, incentivo o estímulo, del cual sea beneficiario el docente o directivo docente por efecto de laborar en una zona rural de difícil acceso, salvo el auxilio de movilización previsto en los decretos anuales de fijación de salarios.

Decreto 521 de 2010 · por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente el inciso 6° del artículo 24 de la Ley 715 de 2001 y el artículo 2° de la Ley 1297 de 2009, en lo relacionado con los estímulos para los docentes y directivos docentes de los establecimientos educativos estatales ubicados en las zonas de difícil acceso.
